Add water and mix to a paste but check the pack when you buy it some Henna turns out a lot redder than others! Also get some of those plastic gloves for your hands other wise you'll stain them too. It's supposed to add vitamins and nutrients.

I would also recommend that you pick up some vitamins for hair and nails from your local chemists. They'll take 2-4 weeks to show a marked difference but they should take care of the dry brittle thing and take some vitamin E pills for your scalp.

Yes pure body art quality henna is best for your hair. You can add some lemon juice and water warmed up to your henna powder. That is all you need for a basic recipe. if you want to tone down the reddish tones use coffee, or amla powder or indigo to your hair. The amla powder will also promote hair growth and all of the above will help with the dandruff. This is a very good blend to use.

If you like you may add some essential oils to your hair to leave it smelling great or even orange blossom water or rose water too.

In between you can even try henna gloss treatment. Put some henna into your conditioner and give your hair a nice deep treatment and leave it even softer and moisturized.

Minoxidil was originally approved to treat high blood pressure. Side effects are unusual but Regaine should not be used by people with a history of heart problems, sudden weight gain, chest pains, fainting, or rapid heartbeat.

are you a man?is your dad or grandad bald young could it be alopecia?my dad had that young at 32! then it grew back in grey patches with special shampoos along the way(chemist used to make him a bottle up) now he has full head of hair at 65!dont give up.you could have a yeast infection on your scalp rather than dandruff get some ketopine shampoo use it twice a week it should soon start clearing if its that.if your a woman then i would think its alopecia or some hormone imbalance.let us know how you get on.

I've been using xandrox15 off and on since last January - (still using the same first bottle - although it's starting to get a bit low). I generally apply before bed.

I also use regular minox 5% in the am.

Hasn't helped me one bit that I can see - but what the hell - 15% minoxidil - Yeah, I'll continue to use it. I was alternating the xandrox15 before bed w/ revivogen serum up until just recently. Have since dropped the revivogen and will apply the xandrox15 more regularly.

An off the top of my head recollection of all people polled from various forums shows a 50 / 50 split for xandrox15 effectiveness.

50% claim it hasn't helped them any more than regular 5% minoxidl.

The other 50% claim very good regrowth results - even at the temporal hairline.

First of all, how does your hair feel when it's wet? If it feels dry and hay-like, you need a deep moisturizer. If it feels, sticky or elastic-like, you need a reconstructor. For deep moisturizers, I like Redken AllSoft Heavy Cream. You need to shampoo your hair, towel dry it, then put the Heavy Cream on for 15 minutes. Then rinse it will cool water. For reconstructors, I like Joico K-Pak reconstrucor. Shampoo your hair, apply the reconstructor and leave it on for 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. You want to make sure not to leave any reconstructor in your hair longer than the directions say because protein can build up on your hair and cause it to be brittle and dry. So...shampoo your hair and see how it feels when it's wet. One of these conditioners will do wonders on your hair.

laser hair removal is a good way for remove the hair and make them thin but it wont destroy all of ur folicules and not for always...it depends on ur skin and hair(if u have white skin with terminal thick hairs it will give u the best result but not completely)...

u have to do it 3 to 5 times with 4 to 6 weeks between them ..and after that depends on the result u see maye u have to do it again and again every 2 or 3 months....

u wont lose ur hair totally for always ....

YES, YES YES!!!! My god, my legs where like a soccer player楹搒, I have it done on legs, armpits and bikini line, the type of laser i use goes to the blood on the hair, so the thiker the hair, the better.... I AM DELIGHTED!!!! What a difference, it was sumthing really awkard for me, even after shaving, the next day I would have the heads sticking out again, besides, im dark haired so.... imagine. Its not cheap, but totally worth it. Go to a good place though, get information from a doctor and stuff!!!!

well, keep in mind you have to go back for about 6 weeks or treatment or so.. its not like it instantly zaps your hairs away, and if you have darker pigments in your skin, your not a good candidate for it, because, what the laser actually does is it zaps the roots, and bassically bleaches your hairs, and shrink the roots, so if you have pigment in your skin, it will leave some discoloration.. make sure you find a legit place if you do it.. and they use a numbing lotion , so you may feel a little something.. but you shouldnt feel any crazy pain, but it may be a little sensitive after that.. goodluck!

totally worth it!! I have had 1 treatment so far on my arm pits and bikini line, already notice a huge difference!!!!! I am considering splurging on my legs too. Yes it hurt a little, but nothing unbareable and about the same as waxing. You do it in 4-5 treatments over a 14 month period. The finer your hair, the less it hurts with each treatment. The courser the hair the more it hurts, but after one treatment, everything that has grown back in (which is not much) is totally fine and falls out, I imagine the next treatment will be much better! cant wait!!!!! DO IT!

I would recommend it, but I thought it hurt quite a bit. The nurse that did the IPL told me to take some paracetamol, aspirin or so, half an hour before the treatment to take the edge off the pain. When it is done where there isn't a lot of fatty tissue but it is close to the bone (shin etc), it hurts most. But as the others said already, your leg numbs after a while and it's bearable. It found it less painful than electrolysis.
