hot oil treatments are meant to repair damaged hair as well as strengthen your hair. the only thing that will help your hair grow faster (and possibly a little thicker) is to take a multi-vitamin with protein. i recommend to start taking prenatal vitamins. it doesn't matter that you're not pregnant, all it is is a multi-vitamin with protein (that's why i am suggesting it). so just take some vitamins, hot oil treatments are always a good idea (just don't over do it), and get your dead ends trimmed about every 4 to 6 months.
