Joico K-Pak is the best conditioner. You can use it as a daily conditioner or leave it on for 5-10 mins. while wearing a shower cap for deep conditioning. Their shampoos are good too. (www.joico.com)

I also suggest using a tiny bit of jojoba oil on your scalp and as a styling product to tame frizzies. Jojoba oil is non-comedogenic and is very similar to the oil our skin has. It also washes out easily. I recommend the brand Desert Essence. (www.desertessence.com)

Olive oil and REAL mayonaise. Warm it up a little in the microwave. Apply, and then wrap with a plastic bag or Saran wrap. Let it sit for about 20 minutes and then wash out.

Your hair is dried out from bleaching. I suggest mayonnaise or any olive oil hair care line.

redken all soft shampoo and conditioner is incredible at softening your hair. then use once a week keritasse hair mask. as a leave in conditioner, i recommend potion no 9. it is old school but still the best. make sure you also protect it with styling products. this has worked for my most desparate clients

Hot oil treatments are great, especially for hair that's color treated or heat styled. They're simple enough to do and you'll usually see results after just one use.

I used Infusium 23 leave-in spray when I had bleached hair....it doesn't have an overwhelming smell, it won't interfere with your hairstyle or other styling products you use, and it adds shine.

Everything you use on your hair should say "hydrating" or "moisturizing". John Frieda's "Sheer Blonde" products are nice, and are purple-tinted to avoid you going green. Your conditioners especially, should be thick and very creamy. I like Pantene personally but you may find a different one you prefer.

I love Garnier Fructis 3-minute Mask. It smells great, and it really makes a difference for me. Kiehl's and Philosophy carry excellent products, anything by either of them is usually great. Kiehl's creme with silk groom makes your hair very soft.

A tip that helped me keep my hair looking nice is sleeping with conditioner in. Once a week I'd wet my hair and add conditioner, then put it in a shower cap for the night. Another thing is to wash and condition hair FIRST when you get in the shower. Invest in a good wide-tooth comb (Sephora sells really nice ones, but you can get a plain one at any drugstore too) and use it to comb your shampoo/conditioner through your hair. This will ensure that your hair products are getting evenly distributed. The steam from your shower will help your conditioner "sink in" for a good ten minutes or however long it takes you to wash, shave, etc..
