Propecia is the only FDA approved pill for hair loss treatment, but there are a lot of side effects associated with it. Any one who have used propecia, please give your comments on its effectiveness and side effects.
Is propecia really #1 hair loss treatment pill?
I am 25 years old and have been taking propecia for about a year now. I haven't had any side affects. Which is good for me. It doesn't mean that you will have the same results. There are a lot of side effects that COULD happen if you take the pill, but they might not happen. I say if the hair growth out weighs the side effects then go for it!
If you are afraid of that you could try rogain. There is even a new laser hair comb that has just recently been approved by the FDA. ( I am going to wait and see how it really works. Within a year i might try it)

I have been buying a generic version finasteride from http://www.4-rx.net for 3 yrs. Great product no side effects. Now they are saying that dutasteride aka Avadart may be 30% more effective for hair loss. The jury is still out on that one. Report It
