Can anyone recommend a good hair treatment please?

I have highlights and my hair is all brittle and dry. I only use my hair straighteners now about once a week but it still looks in bad condition. Any ideas, aside from shaving my hair off and starting again?!

The best (and the cheapest too)

Put some olive oil in a microwaveable bowl, heat until warm.

Then wet a towel and wring it out, put that in the microwave for about 90 sec, while you put the olive oil through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.

Wrap the hot towel around your head. (the heat will open up the cuticles of your hair to absorb the oil)

After 10-15 mins, remove the towel, rub some shampoo directly into the oil on your hair, THEN rinse.

Repeat the shampoo process to remove the last traces of oil.

Do a final rinse with water as cold as you can stand it

Voila, nourished, shiny locks.

I do it every 2-3 weeks, and my hair looks great.

im the same ive got highlights and thats not good but plus us girls love the straighteners too so try use them less often and use coconut oil and lemon on your hair and leave it overnight or get the ready made one called vatika (you can get it from ebay) or any asian store works a treat!
