I just went to a salon and she said it looked pretty good better than a year ago when someone else fried it! Clairol's conditioner. It comes in a blue tube. They used to only sell it with their colour but now they sell it separately. Its great. I use SunSilk shampoos and conditioners as well and they do wonderfully for my hair.
Vitamin E is good for your skin, hair, and nails, but eating a balanced diet with lots of fruits and veggies will do the trick.
