Does hair regrowth treatment work?

I'm not bald, but I saw some hair regrowth treatment at the Sav On on sale, and part of my hair fell out from dying it. I'm wondering if it works.

My aunt (female obviously) had a hair transplant and it was a waste of her money. She had it done by one of the top NYC docs, but maybe being a female had something to do with it. As for the topical treatments...YES...some work on some people depending on why your hair fell out. I don't know about dying. I think it has more to do with hormones, but I'm not sure. Two college roommates tried it and it worked real well on one and okay with the other. You should research to get the one suited for your condition (damaged scalp etc). New Advances everyday... :-)

thats for people going bald...your hair is going to grow back either way if it just from damage

some of the products work but whenever you stop using them the hair normally drops out again
