well...there is supposed to be small chance of any side effects...but i have heard of stories where it did scar people...but they were all dark skinned people...cos the lazer attracts to darkness...so there is more of a chance for it not to work...OR scar on darker skinned people...but if you go to a good place and do your research you should be good...after you get it done your skin is red for a few hours...then thats it.
