I am African American and a hairdresser years ago used a treatment that made my hair feel like silk. I have tried searching online for it. Its called like "Strength 2000 or PH 2000? I can't remember. I also need to know where to buy it.
Do you know of a hair treatment called Strength 2000 or 1000?
Unfortunately, I've never heard of it. If you go to your local beauty suppy store like Sally Beauty Supply or a salon and describe the type of product/treatment you're looking for, they could direct you to a product like it or better.
