My hair is medium long, i have lots of layers on it, is very damaged, since i had lots of highlights on it before but i dye it back dark brown since is my natural color, is not oily and is not dry is normal, is not too thick but is not thin either is normal i guess, lol it brakes a lot and i get a lot of split ends also it tangles a lot or is very nappy I mean is a combination from both anyways i been using mane and tail shampoo and conditioner and ION color defence intence moisture hydrating conditioner and the leave in conditioner for the same but i dont notice any difference so i was wondering what kind of products and treatments should i use. thank u!!!!

get as much cut off as you could bear. i use redken extreme moisture, but that's quite a bit more expensive then your products.
