If your hair is very dry you may like the oil. You could also try putting on a good conditioner and putting on a plastic cap and sitting under the hair dryer for ten or fifteen minutes this opens the hair up to accept conditioner then rinse till clear water.

I even tried deep conditioners and they didn't work. I tried the oil treatments and it made my hair look and feel so much better. I finally had my normal hair back.

I find oil treatments work very well for really dry hair. If your hair is normal to oily try a deep conditioning treatment.
