i used it on one day for 8 hours..but my hair remained quite dry or maybe slighty improved..does oil treatment really suit me?

Haha! You don't keep it on your hair for 8 hours! And it's not gonna make your hair healthier. You have to use it all the time so that your hair will look shiny, but when you don't use it, it's gonna be same.

your hair will not actually be restored by anything other than time...as it grows out and you cut the old stuff off. the oil treatments and other conditioners just make it feel a little better to your hands while it does.

If you're using VO5 hot oil treatment leave it on for the specified 1min and no more. If you're mixing your own oils, apply it to dry hair and leave it in under a shower cap for 10-15 mins. After rinse your hair completely shampoo then condition and follow with a good moisturizer. Leaving the hot oil treatment for so long may leave your hair dry and brittle. Oils don't moisturize but seal in moisture so that's why you aren't seeing results.

no u should get a deep conditioner. and buy some hair oil or cream. ur hair will stop being dry the moment u put those on
