What is a european hair treatment? Does it help repair slightly damaged hair?
I dont know European hair treamtent, but if you are considering a treatment, you should really look at www.biolustreflorida.com treatement. It gives you 2 and shampoo and conditioner, I am sure it is probably cheaper since it is a home treatement.
